VCI HDPE anti-rust kraft paper is the premium corrosion inhibiting reinforced paper in the industry. It provides ultimate corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. VCI HDPE anti-rust kraft paper is made from the highest quality neutral natural kraft paper laminated with HDPE Fabric and has excellent tear resistance. It offers a barrier to water, oil and grease. There are no chemical concentrations to calculate, no chemical tanks or application system to maintain. Just wrap your products, and fold edges together. Use adhesive tape as needed to hold paper folds in place.

Application:

1.Products should be packaged as soon after cleaning as possible, but completely dried of residual water.

2.Keep the VCI paper as close to the surface of the product as practical, leaving no barrier between the VCI paper and the metal surface to be protected.

3.Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.

4.For long-term storage of up to two years, enclose the wrapped product in an airtight package.
